This site commemorates a four year moment of collective insanity, and the gleeful chaos that can ensue when one person decides to move furniture in the middle of the night. This site celebrates the little-known uses of Jello, "apologizes" to Martha Stewart, and showcases kvetching as coping mechanism. This site commemorates the trials and tribulations of blundering through college, and the friends who help you do it though a mode of communication we like to call e-mail.
This project's been mouldering (ew) on various hard drives for years, something I was going to get to "someday." With the passing of one of our company last December (Kiraluna, we love and miss you), the recent marriages of others (Jim Joe Bob, Lydia), and the starting of MSFC 2: the Next Generation (Go Lydia!), it is well beyond time to dust this off.
This site was my first HTML project in 1997, and it looks it. And that's how it should be. Somehow the spirit of the site wouldn't be the same if the look and feel were updated past the chunky blocks of tables and text of pre-2000 web design, so even though there've been a few tweaks here and there and I do hope to add things, I've tried my best to keep the look of the site as much the same as possible. This is, after all, a memory.
As with every web site, stay tuned. The best is yet to come.
