Here are some of the projects I've been working on, with links to sections from each. Blood Ink doesn't have a link because I haven't actually written any of it yet, I've just been doing a bit of world-building and plotting. Likewise, I haven't typed Shadow Hold yet.

Crow's Tale: Crow is a successful mage of the Black Hall, a Black Star whose job is hunting and destroying rogue mages. On a routine mission, he discovers a long-lost friend, and is catapulted into doubt. As he questions his own motivation for killing and the training of the Black Hall, a disturbing pattern of nightmares to leads him to the hidden stronghold of a lost race, a peaceful people who may hold the magical key to stopping a murderous rogue of their own.

Maker, Mender, Defender: In a land divided for a millenium, an ancient Wall protects the people from their magically armed enemies to the south by absorbing all magic beyond its towering bulk. After a thousand years of respite, the Wall is beginning to crumble, and magic springs up in the North once more. When the secret defense that House Etoile has been building all these years turns out to be a trio of children with magical powers they barely understand, the northlands appear ripe for conquest.

Valley of Shadow: A woman living alone on the edge of a valley shadowed by an ancient curse becomes bound by a deadly vow when she helps a stranger who has survived crossing the shadows. She has become part of a great discovery - lands beyond the valley have survived from ancient times - but will her meddling spell doom for everyone?

Summoner: A pair of teenage girls set out to save the world (or at least Joanne's father) with their magical skills. But will breaking a few laws put them in greater danger than he was ever in?

Blood Ink: The scribe priestess of the Sisters of the Tree of Life and a cynical young nobleman seem like the least likely pair to embark on a project together. But when these two strangers get into a scuffle in an antiques market over a long-lost book of magic, they become bound in a geas to construct a magical artifact powerful enough to shift the balance of power in the city they both love.

Shadow Hold: Illena is one of the nehram, those tainted with shadow and cursed by the Temple to live out their lives laboring in the shadow holds. When she hears of an outRealm ambassador living in a noble house who just might be a shadow, she sets out on the road to Quartz in search of a better answer.
